Thanks for the advice. That's roughly the diet I'm currently on...the carb ratio is slightly higher since I'm a hard gainer. All the best in your goals.

Thanks for the diet information. This is for your current lean mass gain phase, correct?

thanks for the reply...your reply makes perfect sense, since it's all about knowing what works for you and what doesn't and bulking for you is an increase in quantity. keep safe and all the best in your goals.

will try and get some pics up soon. what's your diet like on your current bulk? the progress pic you have on shows you've put on some pretty decent size.

The right supps make a huge difference. A few recommendations: Pre-workout: Assault (MusclePharm) or Jack3d (just tried Assault this week and the energy is smooth and the pumps are better than most pre-workout supps) Meal Replacement: Muscle Milk Intra-workout: Xtend or Purple Wraath

that's exactly my ideal weight and bf%: 175 lbs at 6% If you get there, you'll look lean, massive and shredded simultaneously. there'r some pics of forrest griffin at that weight and body fat % at the weigh-in before the silva fight and he was ripped to the bone. will be following your progress with much interest. best of luck!

you're fortunate that you had some decent bulk to work with and didn't lose too much weight. i'd ballooned up to 185 lbs at 22% bf and then went to 147 lbs at 11%. need to bulk up and then cut to get that ufc fighter look.

Agreed with your Ryan Reynolds comment. You in a bulk currently?

yeh, doesn't look like you sacrificed weight for vascularity. my first thought when i saw the pic was "that's baby kane!". the symmetry in the physique is kane-esque...the am/pm split is definitely working for you. i'm going to have to revisit your logs. where is the photo shoot appearing?

Finally...the updated pic! Great gains, especially in the thickness of the arms and the abdominal definition. Where's the pic taken?

i'm currently doing between 25-30 mins of hiit on the eliptical (in a cut right now) on training days and 40-45 mins of hiit on non-training days. been meaning to switch over to the stairmaster and try some steady state cardio for a change. thanks for the answers!

Thanks for the reply, Brent. Was it 60 mins of steady state cardio or were you doing HIIT? And by the end of the transformation did you lose a lot of weight or was it more or less the same and you just added muscle mass? Thanks! Your pics are extremely inspirational!

That's an interesting idea...to go light on the bench press. being from gujrat, it must be very hard to stop yourself from eating all the biryani, palao, and punjabi food! i'm from karachi and my father's punjabi. what do you do from lower abs and do you do cardio when you're cutting? it's very impressive to see how quickly after your bulk you got in such shape.
