Modern bodybuilding is ritual, religion, sport, art, and science, awash in Western chemistry and mathematics. Defying nature, it surpasses it.

Thanks for the comments. I actually train at home. In terms of a bulking diet, it depends on many factors (including how your body handles certain levels of carbs, protein and fats. A good place to start might be a diet comprised of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats (about 500 calories above your current maintenance level). And just adjust from there. Good luck.
Thanks for the add & PROPS Sayf.
Currently high protein (70%), low carb (10%) (except straight after training) & fat at 20%, five days per week.
The other 2 days is high carb (75%), low protein 15% & fat at 15%.

Never compare yourself to others!
No matter how genetics determines your potential to build muscle never compare yourself to others. It can be easy to believe others are doing the correct training or taking steroids if they seem to growing quickly, its especially tempting to listen to them if your progress has waned lately.
I was almost 240lbs with around 30%bf when I started! Now I bounce around the 180-190 mark at 10%bf or less. Im cutting like I said right now I wanna end up at 175-180 with 6%bf. Ill look totally diff when I get there!
Ya he has a sick body in Amityville Horror! I was on a maintnence diet and lift schedule but im back to a cut diet. Doing cardio again. I wanna get freaky cut up then maintain from there while slowly adding muscle over yrs.
hey buddy, thanx for popping in and mucho thanx for the vote. nah, right now I am in the maintenance phase. I had a bad spell with the flu during the winter here, so it derailed my training and dieting. If God's will, I will be cutting again starting October09. Wish you a awesome weekend my friend. G.
Yes its all about heavy compound movements with me for the most part. I say 80 percent of the times. Isolation work is the other 20 percent. you have the best forum signature I have seen so far
It was all steady state. I tried hit for a couple days but it hindered my leg training. I lost about 2-3 lbs per week. There were a couple weeks through the process that I ended up dropping about 7-8 lbs. I really did not start cutting until about 10 weeks out.
