Thanks for the comments. I actually train at home. In terms of a bulking diet, it depends on many factors (including how your body handles certain levels of carbs, protein and fats. A good place to start might be a diet comprised of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats (about 500 calories above your current maintenance level). And just adjust from there. Good luck.

Never compare yourself to others! No matter how genetics determines your potential to build muscle never compare yourself to others. It can be easy to believe others are doing the correct training or taking steroids if they seem to growing quickly, its especially tempting to listen to them if your progress has waned lately.

hey buddy, thanx for popping in and mucho thanx for the vote. nah, right now I am in the maintenance phase. I had a bad spell with the flu during the winter here, so it derailed my training and dieting. If God's will, I will be cutting again starting October09. Wish you a awesome weekend my friend. G.

It was all steady state. I tried hit for a couple days but it hindered my leg training. I lost about 2-3 lbs per week. There were a couple weeks through the process that I ended up dropping about 7-8 lbs. I really did not start cutting until about 10 weeks out.
