How I Started:
Doctor told me that I need to exercise more often, then all of a sudden i change from being a bum into someone who wants to determine to do good things in his life.
Why I Love It:
because I see the good in it and it see the good in me. we are one. Go fitness!!!
You can't always impress everybody, The only person you should be impressing is yourself and those that care for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
to set a good example for the next generation. Just like what Obama said,"It's time for a change."
I have struggle throughout my life, coming from a poor background makes me want to change my life. working out and staying fit makes me stay positive.
Most importantly, I have friends and family that support me all the way because going through anything on your own is very difficult.Because President Obama Told me that I can do it. "Yes I can." never let anybody tell you want you can't do. If you want something in your life, then go out there and go get it. You have to take your own responsibility in your own hand.
BB Accomplishments:
Everybody has issues in their life, that's what make us human, as we get older things are always being taken away from us, that what leads us toward dead. If you want to continue on living, you must go beyond the distant, take the challenge in life. this is what life is all about. Make mistake so you can learn from them. The more mistake you make and learn from them. the future you will go beyond life. So don't let anybody stop you from living your life. Yon only life once and don't let anybody take your life away. you have the talent to do what ever you want.

hey hey ya I'm finishing up week 11 here.. not where I want to be yet though, so I'm gonna keep training with steve =) how's your training? have a good xmas?
Thanks! Training is going well and getting ready to start cutting in Jan. for the 2010 Ronnie Coleman Classic. I eat about 5 to 7 meals a day, high protein, high carbs and try to stay away from or eat very little fat. I also take True Mass which helps me get in all the meals and add clean weight. I train heavy 6 days a week and I still do about 3 days of cardio for 30min a week to keep up my endurance while I lift. Good luck on reaching all of your goals!
Hey there :) I've been doing well...just keeping at it. I know, it's strict, but really not so bad once you get used to it...and it's definitely not all for nothing! How's everything going there?
hey, it's goin.. well I had to take a week off the program cas of my headaches.. I'm still lifting, but at lower intensities..had to shift onto a different program for the week cas my week 9 was gonna be heavy triple-setting, what bad timing to get headaches!! Lol. . so I'm hoping that by after this week of lifting paper (seriously, that's what lifting at 70%max feels like haha) and taking meds, I'll be good to go for next week back on track!! =) how's your training? what week are you on?
Yeah, I gotta go shopping...oh no LOL But the other half of my clothes I can actually fit back into now :) Well you're lucky you get to eat more...I'm still dieting cuz I think I wanna loose a couple more pounds...we'll see though :)
