Goal (Long): Right now I work 5-6 day a week. but I see nothing change in my body. I want this to go away. Is there somebody that could help me get my goal.

Deb Ann is right, the volume of info on this site is limitless. But eating right is the first step as 80 of your results will be achieved through diet. Try to be as consistent as possible and you will go far.

I think it's more about eating clean than any suppplement. Portion size & frequency make a HUGE difference in how you look - I can help you anytime :)
