How I Started:
Started in the US Army. I had no choice and the military really motivated me. I wanted to become something while I was there-really pushed myself.
Why I Love It:
I like how I feel after I'm done with a good work out.

Goal (Long):
Alright it has been pretty freaking cold here in North Dakota. It’s hard not to dig in the old fridge to grab some snacks and just munch down, because there isn’t much to do, but I can’t use this as an excuse. So I avoid eating them stupid convenience foods and started cooking. It’s not unusual to see me cooking “something chicken” for breakfast. I have been keeping my calories down until I see a four pack, at least the four pack. I’ve been keeping my calories low-meals to five or six a day-and a high protein intake (130g range). At this time I don’t feel depleted and have been lifting heavier weight than what I have been lifting in the past.
My over all goal is to get my body fat percentage down to the single digits and to be at 175-180lbs with great muscle definition.
Well back in it again and working hard. My son is excited to join wrestling. It starts next week and that’s all I’ve heard. We went to the gym together and it was fun to watch him lift weights and take some pointers from the old man.
