How I Started:
I got started by going to the gym with one of my friends that bodybuilds... he told me that i needed to put some meat on..lol
Why I Love It:
I just now started loving Bodybuilding because it took some time to get were i got right now... its just the idea that you have no excuse on why you are not stong and dedicated.
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is seeing that there are stronger people out there and i want to have a competitive edge. The feeling that you get when your body starts going by changes feels so good.
BB Accomplishments:
The first major accomplishment had been to knock the fat out of my body.. I started at 150lb and now im still at 150lb but all muscle... but i cant seem to gain more weight... my muscles wont grow.
