For Chest just do incline and flat presses. dumbell flyes also work well when combined.

I don't think I"ll make it to that show this year, taking a week off school is a killer and not to mention costly. I might try and do the miami show next year because it's during the summer when my cashflow is steady. did You do the Miami show this year?

rope crunches and hanging leg raises. then a **** load of dieting. Chest is looking superb.

honestly I think the look of my inner biceps look like ****, I think I got decent outter biceps though. So with that said all I can recommend are heavy standing dumbell curls and preacher bench.
