Reason: anyone who can go through a transformation like sauceman187 is an inspiration. i'm just beginning my own transformation for the first time (hoping to go from average/scrawny to brawny) and his pics and attitude are inspirational.

Reason: This is my ideal body transformation. 6in 2ft (205lbs.), but I'm gonna push myself down to 185lbs or 190lbs. Those abds are a true "Washboard".
