How I Started:
I was tired of being a skinny punk my whole life. I was always a good athlete, but was bone thin no matter what.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel strong and confident in my body for the first time in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror every day, wanting to do insane feats of strength.
BB Accomplishments:
deadlifting 325 lbs at 155 lb body weight.

very beginning of working out. You can see why I wanted to put some weight on!
10 months later, with about 6 months of actually working out. Doing a lot better, but still a ways to go!
