Background
I used to be really over weight, felt lazy and had no energy at all times until i started to research on how to lose weight...but i had gotten the wrong idea at first because i thought doing alot of cardio and eating less would get you muscle.so then i decided to play sports for high school including soccer and track.After a while i started to realize that nothing had changed so i did more research and found out that "what you eat is what you look like" so i started to take advice from other people that told me that i should start lifting weights so that's when i started with my dad's equipment in the garage.....and in the summer of 2011 my dad got me a membership to gold's gym... and that's where i workout now.
I love the pump you get after a workout.
