I am inspired by my husband's transformation (he lost 100 pounds then put on 40 pounds of pure muscle!) I figure if he could transform his body then so can I.
Why I Love It:
ENDORPHINS! Need I say more?
How I Stay Motivated:
By visiting BB.com every day and seeing all of the succesful transformations that other people have made.
