How I Started:
When my first child was almost 1 in '05 I started working out with a trainer..I feel like I have been pregnant ever since! In between babies I have gotten back into the gym but no serious progress AND I battled a bit of an ED with my second pregnancy.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get when walking out of the gym feeling like my legs will fall off because I worked them so hard!
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering how good i felt when I was in the best shape of my life is all I have to go on right now, but that is enough motivation for me!

I don't particularly like ANY cardio..but for now its only the treadmill at a high incline until I am completely healed from baby #3...

I recently joined Facebook and have become slightly addicted, however, the main reason for my lack of energy is the new job. I am bartending at a "Gentlmen's Club", its the only thing I could find! If I work at night until 3 am, it takes me at least 2 days to recover. I went to bed...
