Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury. It still causes me problems when I do certain exercises. After 2 MRI's, I took an anti inflammatory for a month, went through rehab exercises, and then got back into training slowly. Hey...thanks so much for your encouragement! It really helps to have supporting words and advice! BTW...You look fantastic! I can't wait to do be on stage competing, also!
Best to you!
Thanks for the comments! I don't think I'll be "moving you to the end of the line", lol! I'm actually starting to hit panic mode...I feel like I'm going to have a breakdown by Wednesday, let alone right before the show. I'm curious if I'll genuinely enjoy it. ??
