How I Started:
My Brother take me to my first gym in the states. I mostly watched him, and was bored. I loved playing sports and competing. I begin look magazines and was amazed at the physiques of men and women in them. I was 'hooked!' I was competitive swimmer and loved Futbol. GEAUX LSU TIGERS!! SEC BABY!! I went to Southern University and crossed registered at LSU. I actually went College and competed nationally in swimming. So I guess competing, training and wanting to push my body past its limits came naturally.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of amazing feeling and natural high when I workout. Also I like transforming my body into seemingly something it could not be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly setting new goals for myself. Also, I love competing in Bodybuilding, so I am always studying, researching and tweaking my diet, workout, etc.

Well, I will I can fill this space with the reasons why this guy inspires me. I will TRY be brief. But as he brought to my attention, I can give him a lot to take in. LOL. Well, for one, he is SICK WITH THE SICKNESS physiquewise. And he is a "natural" in every sense of the word! And let's not understate the obvious. The guy's hot! I am a guy, and love, love women, but wish all my friends looked like this guy. And stood for what he does. That is just me being honest and saying what we think.

That is good news, I hope it all goes well. Nothing wrong with bodybuilders, just the ones who juice up and act like they have worked so hard to look how they look. I am a chef. Not cooking at moment. Trainned and worked in England. Petrus and The Square. Moved back to open own place, but time is not right yet so Im just doing anything to pay back some debt and unfortunatly in a smaller city pay for even a CDC is not to great most of the time. How about you? Where do you work? I would love to help with recipe website!

Thanks for your comments. I feel like im really making some good progress the last couple months. I normally train alone as I travel for work, but I found a trainning partner for legs each week and he is kicking my butt. Noticable results even after 3 weeks. YES! Great Comp photo BTW!
