How I Started:
My Brother take me to my first gym in the states. I mostly watched him, and was bored. I loved playing sports and competing. I begin look magazines and was amazed at the physiques of men and women in them. I was 'hooked!' I was competitive swimmer and loved Futbol. GEAUX LSU TIGERS!! SEC BABY!! I went to Southern University and crossed registered at LSU. I actually went College and competed nationally in swimming. So I guess competing, training and wanting to push my body past its limits came naturally.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of amazing feeling and natural high when I workout. Also I like transforming my body into seemingly something it could not be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly setting new goals for myself. Also, I love competing in Bodybuilding, so I am always studying, researching and tweaking my diet, workout, etc.

Team Universe 6th place heavyweight; 2006 NPC Georgia Superheavyweight Champion, Coastals Superheavyweight Champion;

Cellucor In Effect!! Back Double Biceps
This is my boy Andy, aka msudawgs. I am training him. He is now on cellucor and look for him to be ripped and jacked to the bone!!!  This is 1st series of Rear Double Biceps Poses. Starting my work to that overall Title!!!/superheavyweight class. Please feel free to comment!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am eating 6 to 7 meals a day. I usually eat clean for 5 days with 2 cheat days since I am in a bulking phase.

1.5 to 2 minutes because it allows for recovery withouth the muscles getting cold.

15 reps because It helps with attacking the fast and the slow twitch fibers of the targeted muscle group. This in turn accomplishes 2 things at once, size and definition. It also pumps a lot of blood...more
