How I Started:
well i was 226lbs and i was tired of seeing myself like that in the mirror so i just started going on a strict diet and know i am down to 179 and would like to put back on about 15 to 20 pounds of muscle its a little hard at home though...
Why I Love It:
cause i like to see the results in the mirror that i have done in the last 2 1/2 months

just waking up every morning still seeing in the mirror that i need to tone myself up...
