I've always been heavy since I was 12. At 23, I weighed 280 pounds. I dropped 110 pounds in 2 years and then got pregnant in 2001 and gained 80 back. When my son was 2 years old, I went through a divorce and decided to lose the weight again. I managed to drop 25 pounds in 3 months after my ex moved out but have struggled with the rest of the weight since.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment after I have pushed myself through a good workout. It makes me feel good about myself and my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I vlog my weight loss on Youtube and I get a lot of support from the weight loss community there.

Why I like this video: I just discovered Zusana's videos and she has the ideal body I would love to even come close to achieving. She's lean and muscular but she is also very feminine looking still.

Sorry!- ALOT going on with work/life....just now got a chance to get back on here. I am hoping to list some stats and photos this weekend. I am working on a routine (weights) nightly, and I throw cardio in the morning before going to work. (This has only been a week though, so I can honestly say- I'm doing well so far) I am hoping to maintain and change my routine in a week or two, I can already feel some changes.
