How I Started:
It started when I agreed to working out with a trainor. Once I started lifting weights and seeing a difference in my body, I got addicted. She is now pushing me to compete in a body figure competition. I have always enjoyed working out. I belonged to a few different gyms throughout my junior high and high school years, but really only participated in classes like step and cardio kickboxing. Lifting weights has brought me to a whole new appreciation of how hard you have to work to have the body that you want, and how amazing the results can be!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being in shape and staying healthy. I have made a lot of progress in the past year. I want to continue to work hard as if I was going to do a show. I have never had this much muscle strength before, nor have I ever felt this good.
How I Stay Motivated:
My health and fitness has become a major part of my life. I look at it as a hobby. I enjoy the gym that I belong to and have made a lot of new friends. Some days are tough getting there , but most of the time I can't wait to work out! I try to practice a clean diet. I do very well on the weekdays then on the weekends lately have not been so stict. I have to do better on staying focused. My trainor has been a huge help for me in keeping me motivated as well as my husband.
BB Accomplishments:
Body fat loss has went from a 29.3% to a 20.97%. I have made huge transformations in my overall body. I have completly reshaped my figure to more of an hour glass look. I have a long way to go, but I am going to keep working hard.
I would like to continue training as if I were going to do a show. I have always struggled with my weight. I want to be able to see more definition in my body. I want to work hard on strengthening my abs and work on my arms. I love the look of a well defined arm, I think it is very sexy. I pretty much want to continue reshaping my whole body and see how far I can go. I want to stay strong with keeping my eating habits clean, but yet still have a fun social life.

I do whats called a 'stage ready' lifting program.
