How I Started:
I had always be active before I went to college. After boozing and taco belling my way through my first year of college and consequently gaining 35 pounds I joined the Air National Guard and got my butt back into shape during basic training. When I came home, I started working out with a friend of mine I met in the squadron who was majoring in Exercise Physiology. She got me interested in lifting. Its been stop and go since then. Many years later, I met my husband - chris_usafa (bodyspace profile name) - and he renewed my interest in lifting weights. Since the birth of my daughter, I've found a whole new motivation to achieve the kind of body I've always dreamed about.
