Realized I was 25lbs overweight, got myself a BodyBugg, lost 23lbs!!! I just started p90x on 5/31/09 and my goal now is focusing on building/maintaining muscle mass and definition!

Looking back at photos to remember how far I've come, as well at looking at photos of people who inspire me to continue to push myself - I want Jessica Biel's body!
Do you think skipping Yoga X and replacing it with Cardio X is ok, or is it vital that I do Yoga X? Cuz I'm gunna be honest with you, I'm not a big fan of Yoga X.... lol

What originally got you motivated? Because i always ask my girlfriend to come workout with me and she says no. She isn't too out of shape, but she knows that fitness is important to me but never really goes the extra mile in that respect. Im not a creeper, i just saw that you have made great progress, maybe you would have something good to say.
