How I Started:
I have always been in athletics but I really started working out for just myself and not for a sport about one year ago! But not I want to be a fitness model so I need to step up my game ALOT!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a high like no other. I love the way my body feels and looks after the workout. I feel refreshed and ready for the world!
How I Stay Motivated:
Music music and more music.... Also I am now starting a log of my progress in a journal and I keep articles and pictures of what i want on the fridge so when I want to splurge I won't!!
BB Accomplishments:
I almost have a six pack... not quite there...that bottom muscle is holding me back but not for long!!

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
No-explode it works pretty good I like it...I never notice the come down like others comment about!

I take this 30 minutes before I work out!

Veggies and fish....tea and vitamins.... no food after 7 and lots of water ohhh and natural peanut butter!
