hey everyone im opening this one and thanking god so much ,
he surely listen's up there so much, i am unbelievebley greatful, i had some very bad problems in my family recetly my aunt almost died of lukiemia, and i prayed and they said she only had a 20 % chance of living in 72 hours . Although...
Mondays: 30 minute jog then 10 minutes sprints in the am.
then 2pm 30 minute jog warm up and sprint
squats: 200 for 12, 210 for 12, 215 for 12, 225 for 12.
pushups 4 sets of 50.
levetative tri dips: 15at25lbs,15at35lbs,15at45lbs,15at55lbs
tricep pulldowns: 12at35lbs,12at45lbs,12at55lbs,12at65.
Hi Sarah, been a good long time! I see that you are continuing to lean and tighten up even more, yet I you are pushing even more UNREAL amounts of weight than before! Ha, and they say that it can't be done...hope all is going wonderful for you:)
