How I Started: In highschool I was in really good shape. Now, after being in college for a few years, I've been focusing so much on school that I've really let myself go. After months of looking in the mirror and hating my body, I decided to start working out again.
Why I Love It: the next-day feeling

heyz, i know how bad it feels to wake up and look at urself saying how da hell did i get so fat!!!! but i nvr thought one month of diet and work outs would really make a huge differnce..bodybuilding is an awesome site and it gives u the best feeling wen u start lookin at the charts and how ur now compared to ur start..so START updating ur stats
