Hello, your progress is looking really good!!! It will probablly take round 6 weeks to fully notice a difference when u r dieting, but there is a big difference in your back, ur lats are getting bigger. You hold your weight in exactly the same spot as me on ur stomach. its frustrating and i am still trying to work on that 6 pack as well.LOL. keep going you are doing well.

for sure, i think sometimes we are our own worst enemy's. I know i think the same thing, but then you will get a comment from some1 and it will suprise you. do you find nite time is worst for you when dieting?

Thats awesome! I think it is heaps easier to train when you have a goal in mind. I am going in the ADF bodybuilding champs on Sept 16, so i about 16 weeks out at the moment. Am very nervous, and hop
