Well, the week is nearly over, everything seems to be on track, fingers crossed!!! Going to take some pics in a couple of days. slightly over eating tuna, must eat more chicken!! Am getting more motivation by looking at all the awesome people on this site :-)
hey, thanks! it is a little frustrating. i've had a couple of 'cheat' meals now. nothing bad. just a sandwich on gluten free bread (no butter or cheese of course) i know it's a marathon and not a sprint so i'm relaxing my diet a little (emaphasis on the 'little' though)
night time and weekends was when i felt it most but i'm lucky i don't feel temtped as much anymore. well, i do but my self control is stronger and i'm able to say no. :) when i hit 6 weeks of eating clean i'm letting myself have a protein bar. i'm so excited. LOL!
training is going well. diet is going well too. i'm just slow to see changes which is disappointing but i'm sure one day i'll wake up and be surprised to see some muscle :)
