I have a clean diet consisting of a large varirty of fruit, veg, nuts, meats, fish and amything else from the earth. I try not to eat any packaged foods.
I have cheat days but hate them. :/ if i didnt have them, i probably wouldnt be so strict.
I enjoy and love eating fresh food.
