How I Started:
I've always loved working out/being active. I played a lot of sports in high school and college but didn't get serious about bodybuilding/working out until October 2008.
Why I Love It:
Fitness is my passion and I love the way it makes me look and feel. After completing my business degree, I obtained a degree in Fitness/Nutrition and am presently studying for my PTC.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated knowing my body will never be perfect. Every day I do what I can to reach perfection but I love the constant journey. I also stay connected with people who are like-minded, who have determination that exceeds mine which pushes me to work harder.
