I was always active when I was younger in Tae Kwon Do, Softball, and Dance. I got lazy(and fat) for awhile in high school and started lifting weights with my mom and I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel. I love working hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
"Lifting weights is not rocket science. Find a heavy thing and pick it up. Put it down. Pick it up again. Rest a while. Pick it up and put it down again. Next week, try a heavier thing. Occasionally, pick up your right foot and put it in front of your left foot. Repeat with other side. Perform this alternating motion for 20 minutes a few times weekly." -Mistress Krista @ www.stumptuous.com
Yesterday was leg day. Since I have not lifted weights in what probably amounts to a year i worked hard but didnt do a ton. I did squats, lunges, calf raises, and did step ups on the box. Saturday morning will be a jog and some ab work on the ball. Sunday will be another jog. Monday I will do...
Monday - Bi's and Tri's
Tuesday - Legs Alternate Weights/Plyometrics week to week
Wednesday -
Thursday - Posture Plan
Friday -
Saturday - 1 min stations of Heavy Bag, Speed Bag, Suicides, Jump Rope Several Times thru. Abs
Sunday -
Sarah, you certainly have built an amazing physique! To boost that motivation try this. Set a date with real photographer to do a photo shoot. 6-10 weeks from now. Don't back out and really get yourself ready. Not just your body, but plan outfits and ideas. You will get pumped to do this like never before!
Hey Sarah thanks for accepting, u look in great shape all ur hard works made a huge difference, i hope u keep reaching all ur goals, happy training :O)
No problemo. I hope it helps give you a jumpstart. I have never regretted going to the gym. Even when I didn't feel like it. But I have regretted not going. Have a great w/e. :)
Hey, hows it going? Great pics and progress so far? you're really kicking ass and look great! Very nice transformation! keep up the hard work and dedication!
Thank you for the add. I am doing well. I fell down (metaphorically speaking) but I am getting back up and my training is getting back on track. I am working on getting enough sleep and my diet, as I know both are holding me back from my goals. I am learning the basics and trying to remember it all. I will get there. It is nice knowing people are out there rooting for you to succeed. You look great and I hope all is going well for you. Thanks again and stay strong.
Hey I wanted to wish everyone on my friends list a very Merry Christmas and you're next on the list! LOL!! So to you and yours I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Half way through your challange you should reach your "Ring Girl" goal and the other 4 weeks will just refine! Want to see you in those UFC ring girl shorts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck with the goal!
