I was always active when I was younger in Tae Kwon Do, Softball, and Dance. I got lazy(and fat) for awhile in high school and started lifting weights with my mom and I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel. I love working hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
"Lifting weights is not rocket science. Find a heavy thing and pick it up. Put it down. Pick it up again. Rest a while. Pick it up and put it down again. Next week, try a heavier thing. Occasionally, pick up your right foot and put it in front of your left foot. Repeat with other side. I am weighing in around 140 lbs but a little out of shape since the last time I was on here. It is time for a reboot, refocus and get into amazing shape again. :) Lets get started.

Thursday - Posture Plan
Friday -
Saturday - 1 min stations of Heavy Bag, Speed Bag, Suicides, Jump Rope Several Times thru. Abs
