How I Started:
I have always been interested in keeping healthy through weight training and wanted to excel into a reachable goal. Figure competitions became my inspiration to stay fit and stay motivated.
Why I Love It:
Weight training is an excellent way to relieve daily stress and maintain a comfortable physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is my personal goal ahead of me, which is to compete in my second figure competition this fall.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment was training hard and recieving a 5th place finish in the Best of the Midwest figure competition.

Some days I go heavy ( 350 was my max yesterday ) and when I go light, I do about 265 for 12. Just got into it over the last two years and LOVE it!

I usually workout around 4:30 to 6:30...
Yesterday was chest and today was back. Ugh! I could only do 350 on deadlift twice!
