Workout Program:
I go to the gym 3 days a week and I excercise for 1 hour. I do 20-25 minutes cardio and the rest I lift weights and do some floor excercises.

I enjoy doing gymnastics at least one of those days of the week. Most people ask me how come I can do splits, and can bend and stretch...
