Why I Love It:
I began working out when I joined the military. I started with the basics, you know, with some of the guys in my unit. After a couple of years of drinking and doing the party thing I completely stopped. After retiring I decided that with tons of time on my hands that it was time to get serious. Changing my diet and focusing on nothing but bodybuilding hit the gym again but serious this time. After a year had went by and I began to see my body transform and that is when I decided to totally commit myself to bodybuilding but thinking that my age would play a big factor dial in some super intensity to play catch up with the young guys. Not only did I get stronger but have become engrossed, I enjoy bodybuilding because unlike team sports, all the reward and disappointment is on me. I can't blame anyone else for not working hard enough. If you view my photos all this work was done on my own.

The results

Happy Independence Day. Thank you for your military service, we truly appreciate each and every one of you. Your pics are very nice, wonderful build and great proportion. C
thanks, i picked that name a few years ago when i was stuck at like 163. now i'm unstuck, it turns out you need to eat to gain weight! frequent heavy squats and deads also help. anyway, i'm on track to break 200 in sept-oct, wish me luck. all natural!!
