Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Nothing big, but I was out for a week. Pulled my trap muscle and made it worst by going skiing the same day

HEy but the change is fine, isn't it. The six pack is visible even now, but it will need some time ha? I'll start with that to. I am going to work on bige now, 10KMs there and back, with one huge hill in tha way, SO I got my cardio finaly!!!

HEy thanks for compliment bro, I really did put some mas on em, SO I am able to do much more things, aNd I am going to get super lean, aNd i need to get my body straight up, I am hunching like a ****, and my bell is popin' forward..Hell I need to dosomethin with that. Fine to heer that you are ok and working out again.

Hi Mario, you are looking very good. It's clear that you've gained mass, but you have very nice cuts. You also look very lean. How you've been able to mantian/lower your bf%. Everyone says it's all about diet, but doesn't help me much. Do you have any recommendations of what has worked for you? All the best, friend. Alex

NIce to hear you are getin' back to training. Hey since my dad gave me thise weights I have no nead to go to tha gym, becouse I can do a lot with em. I am training hard at home. and I am going to buy my self some barbels, more weights and a bench. SO I'll build my own gym in my celler. I can se a lots of progress in my figure, I mean like I walk and stand, I am stright and flat, I'm not hunching annymore!!. Goot luck with that healing bro

HEy bro!!! Yeah those were some ugly bastards!! HEy funny you've mentioned my baby:-D. Ïam organizing a really big Paintball action this week. IT's gona bee a war action!! We gut two buildings involved in tha battlefield, some wood in it and stuff. It is about 200metrs long, and there will be about 18 players, so I hope it's gona be grate!! HOw are you? I see that your bicep is really peaking up. AMZing WORK on that and shoulders!!!

Some people start their contest diets from 20 weeks out depending on how much bf they have to lose and muscle to build. I started at 14 weeks.. you get people generally starting from 12 - 8 weeks out.
