Hi Mario, you are looking very good. It's clear that you've gained mass, but you have very nice cuts. You also look very lean. How you've been able to mantian/lower your bf%. I am training hard at home. and I am going to buy my self some barbels, more weights and a bench. SO I'll build my own gym in my celler. Some people start their contest diets from 20 weeks out depending on how much bf they have to lose and muscle to build. I started at 14 weeks.. you get people generally starting from 12 - 8 weeks out.
