How I Started:
I began working out when I was roughly 16 years old at the YMCA. I worked out for sports and for the look. I am now in the beginning stages of bodybuilding with hopes of competing in the future.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a stress reliever for me. I love everything about going to the gym. The lifestyle is one that I will pursue for the rest of my life. I love being able to transform my body while also improving my health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror everyday and knowing that I could be better. If you are completely happy with your appearance; you have lost the battle. It is an everlasting motivation to become better everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
-Putting up 310 on bench at 185lbs
-Work out plans for friends and family

Goal (Long):
I will be attending college this fall at Purdue University to double major in Political Science/Philosophy with a minor in Mass Communication. My goal is to begin bodybuilding with aspirations to compete within the next year. My goal is to stay on a strict workout program throughout college and to take my body to the next level. I would like to gain 20lbs of muscle while staying under 10% bodyfat.
Another day of good training. I am really enjoying naNO Vapor. It seems to keep me even more focused on the task at hand when in the gym. My diet is also beginning to show significantly! I was told today that stretching is an important factor when lifting. I always knew it was important...
