Well , i started off when i saw my father's old 10 pound weights for the 1st time , but really got into it after i saw rocky of stallone for the 1st time , bt yeah i hav been dedicated to bodybuilding only from october 2006..
Why I Love It:
The growth in my muscles , the feeling of confidence in yourself , looking good in everything i wear..
How I Stay Motivated:
Actually and seriously i remain motivated by going thru bodybuilding.com , and reading all its articles and seeing all the transformations..

Well i will be giving a goal which i have for now , as body building is a continous process where you meet your goals nd still proceed for more , ok for now i want to have 20 inch arms , 46 inch chest , 33 inch waist with 6 packs , and 17.5 inch neck..

ask anything ya want and ill let you know what works for me, everyones body chemistry is different though! what works for one person might not be the best for another, so keep in mind when taking advice.Do what works for you
My arms are my best body part. I train them for blood flow so I train biceps and triceps together so i can get enuph blood in them. I give arms thier own day on my training split
the main thing is to stay consistent, dont go three days miss three etc. stay on it and find a partner.heres some motivation, when i started i was 6"4" 175!! so it can be done my man, the only thing holding us all back is ourselves!
