How I Started:
I have always wanted to stay fit and have a nice looking body - I was heavy and overweight when I was a teenager though I was quite active. I played volleyball and took part in athletic events though as a shotputter. When I was in my senior years at school I decided to take a little care on my eating which helped me drop about 10 lbs but never got me motivated to start workingout. I started pretty late in 2004 precisely though I did enroll in a gym in 2001 - I did not make it far - .. My desire to get fit and look great plus avoid any health complications in future made me start my journey..
Why I Love It:
Its amazing - it feels great to workout and see the results. Its a fight thats constant and challenging and I like it when my body responds to workouts and diet. It has a very profound effect on my mental wellbeing as well as physical fitness and appearance
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated has always been easy. I love feeling and looking fit and never want to lose that plus all the attention I get :)
