I just had a baby 4 months ago and want to return to my prebaby weight as well as have a little more definition to my body. I used to run track and had an athlete's body. Since having 2 children I no longer have that body type. I am getting married in June which is my target date to be at my ideal body shape and size. I would like to be at 125 - 130 lbs. my BMI needs to be in the low 20's.

i would say a dead lift because of the risk of dropping too heavy of a weight.
