In Dec 20008, my health was really poor and I was suffering from anxiety attacks. I then realized that I had to change my life towards a healthier course. Since then my health has improved and I am starting to see light and benefits of being in better shape.
Why I Love It:
It brings me peace...and allows me to cope with the daily stress of everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am seeing a lot of good progress from all my efforts
