Right now I am doing a 5 days a week routine.
Monday-back, traps, and touch of bis
Tuesday-Chest, abs, and tris
Wednesday-Shoulders and traps
Thursday-Legs-and abs
Friday-arms (even Forearms)
saturday-plyo workout from p90x

My diet is a ketone diet i just started on OCt 26th.
