Overall Goal: Golf off-season is now in full effect, with swing changes and strength and conditioning training to get a sound swing. Body fat will be dropping and muscle hardness will be on the up. This is always and exciting time.

I started back at 16 years of age looking at pics of Arnold and then used it for sports.
At 24 I got my Kinesiology degree and got certified through the bally total fitness system and started training for them. Made a mini fortune, got some awards for training and then left the profession. It was a great time, working out and working at the gym, and making good money just for showing others how to train properly for their goals. But I had other callings so I left, but I still did workouts for friends and my self. The fitness lifestyle is such a great way to live your life!
Why I Love It:
I love training because it is the connection to looking and feeling young. I love all the different workout systems out there. I am now about to start weighted vest training. The last frontier in advanced human training. Until they make gravity gyms that is.lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my results. And when I degress it's an even bigger motivator. The people on bodyspace have motivated me big time too! Watching The Biggest Loser gets me mega amp'd up! Those people are amazing.

Amateur Golf Circuit in San Diego, And get my body fat down to 8% with my body weight at 180 Thats the perfect size for me!

I've been really sick for just over a week but in bed sick for 4 days..finally up and about today for a while...I'll be starting back to workouts tomorrow, but a lighter version til I'm 100%.
