So thanks to some advice I added in some multi vitamin and I've discovered Superpump 250!! this stuff is pretty amazing in terms of the energy levels it brings to workouts!! I am doing much heavier weights especially on upper body (my main problem area!!) so am impressed!!
I've been great, thanks. I'm hella focused now as well..got my eye on the prize! I'm still not absolutely LOVIN cardio, but it's not bad. I was talking smack to one of the spin instructors at my gym last week and somehow got myself accepting a challenge for his class this Thursday. I started including the bike in my cardio over the weekend to prepare myself a little of what's in store for me.
Umm no offence but as indians we are bound to have lookalikes, what with the burgeoning population and all. Heard about the Gujarati and Malayalee on the Moon? Lol. What progress, I havent lifted in ages. Just starting at the gym again!!
Honestly i prefer split routine.About the logs yes i did keep them for 2 weeks but then u get used to it and the best bet would be to use www.fitday.com its really good and easy to use. oh thanks :)... yeah lotta people were mad at me for losing weight and looking smaller but its alright.. i want to get more ripped so its working out good for me.. i lost lot of strength but now that im off the diet im much stronger. Right now Im doing 20 mins cardio preworkout and 10 cool down after workout..
