How I Started:
I started working out at a young age but unfortunately after I left high school I didn't lift weights or even exercise for almost 6 years. I've been on and off since 2001 (mostly OFF).
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding/working out makes me feel great physically and mentally. This is the year that I make it a Lifestyle rather than an on again off again routine. The best part is that I am now more motivated in all aspects of my Life!!! It's become an addiction.
How I Stay Motivated:
My beautiful wife and kids are my main motivation to stay fit and healthy. Also, setting long and short term goals keeps me motivated. I have never really done that in the past with working out. Now that I have set goals for myself - I know where I came from, I know where I am at and I know where I am going!!

Goal (Long):
I would like to add some serious mass to my frame. By this time next year I would like to much more muscular, with the addition of 10-15 lbs of muscle . . . I'd like to compete one day. I have a LONG way to go. . . .This is just the beginning!!
