Well ive been feeling a lot better lately-but lost alot while I was sick-kind starting over again-but it will be worth it to get it back-its really difficult to get into the right eating habits again when I was afraid to eat because I was scared it would make me sick-and bread actually made me feel better absorbing the acid I guess- but here I go again-let me know all the details when you get closer to your show-I would love to try and come watch-would be a nice vacation too :)

Hey Steve-how are you? Im still not 100% with the EFD plan but everyday working a little bit more to get on the plan full force-acid reflux is still not under control but changing things up a bit to take control of me again

Hi-so you use to have acid reflux? i would love some advice on how you beat it-I am taking lots of meds and also trying to take chinese herbs and do acupunture to get away from the meds-eating is very hard for me-I get so bloated all the time and pain-im easing my way back into the gym-im so frustrated though-i also have a nervous stomach so Im trying different ways to deal with "stress"lol- let me know when you will be in illinois again-I'll ber there.
