Tuesday- Cardio,abs
Wednesday - Back,shoulders
Thursday- Cardio,abs,forearms
Friday- Legs,arms
Saturday-rest

Sunday-rest

 Changing workout program in every 4-5 weeks helps u keep things interesting and does nt let u hit plateau.
