How I Started:
Started when playing basketball in high school. Don't play as much ball anymore, so my goals have also changed.
Why I Love It:
Just all around makes me look and feel better. Definitely hate it when I can't go!
How I Stay Motivated:
Not too sure, motivation has never been a problem for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained over 40 pounds (the majority of which is muscle) since I started working out. Pretty good for a hard gainer.

I had plans to see a movie with some friends last night, so I only had time to do an abbreviated shoulder workout. Not to mention I am still feeling a bit lazy from not lifting much the past three weeks.

if you get two buckets one hot, one cold (ice), place foot in each 10-15min at a time. switch it up can help reduce swelling fast!!! i know coz i have done. Oh, don't leave in any longer than 15....coz it can cause damage to tissues after that...hope all goes well.
