I want to look like a strong bulky guy, which means I have to most of all increase the size of my Arms (alot because they are very much my weakness) and of course put on alot of muscle in all other areas.
Next time you go to the gym pop your head into the PTi office and say hi from Rosie (they might not emember me). I spent a short time out at Linton in June for Practicum.
No. I don't do any work at all for my legs. They are strictly made from miles of cycling!!! (When I do I do front squats as opposed to back or hack squats, as I don't need a bigger butt!)
Being in the army you shoul have heaps of help achieving your goals. Where are you stationed? Linton? I spent some time out there for 'work experience' in the gym, and there is so much support for you guys there. If you haven' already, go in and see a trainer and tell them what you want.
