well i am not too sure when i started but not long ago, 2 weeks from now, but i got involed because for my 11 birthday i got a dumbell and i started to curl with it and i saw my arm gotbigger and harder and i felt stronger but i stoped because it was a silly age to start, so when i turned 14 i had forgot about bodybuilding untill my dad brout me a copy of flex then my dad showed me a pic of ernie taylor and sed he is mates wiv him then that encouraged me to get big so thats how it started

Thanks! I work Biceps and triceps the same day, and take a week off each time to recover. One exercise I suggest is reverse curls with a squeeze and pause at the top and then very slow on the negative. Not only does it build the bicep, but it increases forearm and grip strength as well which you need for all your other curling movements.

Thanks man well for biceps I only do bicep curl, both free weights and machine but for a lot of exercises like during back exercise it might be an assisting muscle.. nice job for 14 btw yeah my name is jack, how did u know?!

cool- how much you wt? ht? u need to gain some muscle mass too tht will gain size in arms- yeah mine are not that big really -just flex -peak nice :) they measur only 16.5 barely.... yeah i have Yahoo- mjs_grmi sometimes on AOL AIM- mitchcolby - which is my stage name for www.bgeast.com

Very good abs already and video showed good arms, and good work on delts and triceps. You're just starting and depending on how big U want to get this is a solid start and a bod that can easily grow with diet and training. Keep it up. André
