Background
I started really trying to get in shape when I was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009. I lost about 40 pounds and 4 inches off my waist.
Working out gives me a feeling of satisfacion/accomplishment. I love the energetic feeling, which is much more enjoyable than the lazy feeling i used to have in the morning. Now i feel awake when I wake up and it's awesome!

Posted in Nutrition : Dec 31, 2011 2:55pmIts New Years Eve for me and I stuck to the nutrition plan I designed for the most part but I did have a burger and fries at Chilis and washed it down with a tall Miller Lite! I felt a little guilty about it, but at least I didn't go get waisted for the NYE celebration. Tomorrow I will be back on the plan with no cheats. I decided to add rice cakes and sugar free jam to the plan for those times that im craving sweets. I think its much better to eat this than candy or chips.
