How I Started:
A combination of my my divorce and not looking good in my clothes made me want to start losing weight. My goal has changed since, while I do want to look good in my clothes, I also want to live a healither lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It gives me more energy and it makes me feel better about myself!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've stayed motivated by printing by before pictures and taping them up in my bedroom.

I've lost approx 35 pounds since I started working out.

I've always wanted to be in great shape but I never had the dedication or motivation to accomplish my goals. I recently discovered Kris Gethin's 12 Week Daily Video Trainer which really breaks down nutrition, working out and supplements to very simply and because of this I am now motivated more then ever to start working out again.
