I used to lift in high school a few years ago but haven't had a chance to start again. I was a wrestler in high school but never focused on gaining muscle because I was always having to cut weight. I'm now in Iraq and wanting to pack on the pounds.
Why I Love It:
Eases stress, feels good to train your body and it's nice to look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping a constant routine and focusing on how it will make my wife go crazy for me.
BB Accomplishments:
None for bodybuilding; however, I was a 2x State Champion in High School wrestling.

Progress Pictures

What's up everyone, this is my first post and my pretty much my first time using bodybuilder.com. I am just starting to take protein (Optimum Whey 100%) and I have some Creatine on the way (Universal Storm). I am currently out in Iraq and have been lifting for about 2-3 weeks on a regular...
Building one great physique. Shoulders, delts, arms, upper lats all looking great. A bit of thickening the traps and upper chest will bring it all together. Stay motivated and safe. Andre
Im not exactly quite sure - if you email the body space administrator Richard Barnet- he may be able to help you : ) I know that some people have done that

You look great...keep up the good work! Wish I could look half as good. I'll just keep working at it. Proud of your service and God speed in a safe return home!!
Your picture is great, and I like the progress pictures. You look very well proportioned, but if you pump up your pecs and traps a little more to match the size in your shoulders you will really look huge. Thanks for serving and stay safe.
