How I Started:
i was doing push up and sit up at home but i saw a friend going to gym for like 4-5 years and he get so more big and defined i wanted to get that too :P
Why I Love It:
cuz it gives me some confidence and raise my self-love
How I Stay Motivated:
nothing really.. im just really motivated im on diet and i check so many website about bodybuilding/workout. i know i can always get a better shape so..
i just wanna get stronger and dont really get more pounds.. not for now tho..
Goal (Long):
i started MMA last week and i really love that. i wanna become a better fighter. I know i can cut some weight and get stronger at the same time. as long as i dont pick up any weight:D
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i follow an 50% carbs ( almost only complex carbs or fruits)
25-30% protein ( fish, whey protein, poultry )
20-25% of fat ( nuts, flax seed, omega 3 foods)
38g of fiber per day
4 liter or more of water
and eat 6 meal day
getting between 2500-3100 cals per day depending if i do cardio or noti follow an 50% carbs ( almost only complex carbs or fruits)

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
i do 5 set of 5 rep in strenght
or 10-12 rep for endurance

The problem now is that I am going to stop working out for 2 months (+/-) because my back is hurting a lot -.- . So I keep jogging and doing a bit of working out at home! But in september I am going to start my work out again :D . Or maybe in August..Gonna see :D
