i was doing push up and sit up at home but i saw a friend going to gym for like 4-5 years and he get so more big and defined i wanted to get that too :P

cuz it gives me some confidence and raise my self-love

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
i follow an 50% carbs ( almost only complex carbs or fruits)
25-30% protein ( fish, whey protein, poultry )
20-25% of fat ( nuts, flax seed, omega 3 foods)
38g of fiber per day

I thank you too :D .I hope that everything is allright with you ;) . Thank you for the comment and the motivation :P . Yeah Iam doing my best, and for the updating too^^. The problem now is that I am going to stop working out for 2 months (+/-) because my back is hurting a lot -.- . So I keep jogging and doing a bit of working out at home! But in september I am going to start my work out again :D . Or maybe in August..Gonna see :D See you bro ;)
