Hi superjew been browsing the site for a long time, and just joined last week. I've been interested in the AD for a while, and you're one of the few people who went on it-you're progress is amazing. Been lifting over a year now, with minimal muscle gains, and too much fat gain!!(although eating clean 24/7)
Would you recommend it??
